Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: Mulund / Dombivli
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or conversions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Cold calling
Introduce products / services, explain features, and answer queries.
Generate and qualify leads; update the CRM/database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer engagement.
Handle inbound queries from customers professionally and promptly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve campaign efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required – English, Hindi, Marathi].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Persuasive skills and ability to handle rejections positively.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
