Job Description

1. Telecaller – Restaurant Onboarding (Entry-Level) Job Type: telecalling Experience: 0–2 years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives Job Description: We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to help onboard new restaurants to the Swiggy platform. The role involves calling potential restaurant partners, explaining Swiggy's benefits, and guiding them through the onboarding process. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to restaurant owners and pitch Swiggy’s services. Collect necessary documentation and update details in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to ensure timely onboarding. Maintain daily call logs and conversion records. Meet weekly and monthly targets. Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills in English/Hindi/Regional language. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
