Job Description

Outbound Sales Calls: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate interest.  Inbound Sales Calls: Handling calls from potential or existing customers, providing information, and closing sales.  Needs Assessment: Understanding customer requirements and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.  Sales Presentations: Effectively presenting product/service features and benefits to potential clients.  Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating prices, handling objections, and closing sales deals.  Lead Management: Following up on leads generated from various sources (marketing campaigns, referrals, etc.).  Relationship Building: Maintaining positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.  Order Taking and Processing: Accurately recording and processing sales orders.  Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly sales quotas.
