Telecalling Executive (Sales)

Role Overview: As a Telecalling Executive (Sales) at NoBrokerHood, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. You will play a crucial role in informing customers about the services offered, resolving queries, and establishing positive relationships. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, maintaining customer databases, capturing leads, and effectively communicating the value propositions of NoBrokerHood's solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the NoBrokerHood app and its benefits. - Proficiently communicate in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus). - Clearly explain the features, usage, and value propositions of the app to customers. - Generate and nurture qualified leads through effective communication strategies. - Follow up with interested customers and provide support throughout the onboarding process. Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation roles. - Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of a regional language is advantageous. - Ability to articulate app features, usage, and value propositions clearly. - Demonstrated experience in generating and nurturing qualified leads through effective communication. - Strong follow-up skills to support customers during the onboarding process.,
