Inbound Call Handling: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and suggesting solutions. Sales Generation: Presenting products or services, handling objections, and closing deals. Data Management: Recording call details, including customer feedback and follow-up requirements, in a CRM system. Meeting Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions. Collaboration: Working with sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and campaign effectiveness. Documentation: Keeping accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of market trends, product knowledge, and company policies. Troubleshooting: Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner. Customer Feedback: Gathering customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Following Scripts: Adhering to telecalling scripts and company policies. Maintaining a positive attitude: Handling rejections calmly and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
