Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and promoting products or services. You must have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries or complaints effectively. Maintain records of calls and customer information in the database. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Build positive relationships with customers to enhance company reputation. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Conduct follow-ups as required and manage leads efficiently. Requirements: Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [Hindi/Basic english]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Polite, confident, and a team player.
