Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic MS Office knowledge, and good email etiquette. Freshers are most welcome!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Explain company services and offerings clearly and effectively.
• Maintain and update client databases in MS Office tools.
• Draft professional emails following proper etiquette.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
• Understand and adapt quickly to the company’s services, work processes, and objectives.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Tamil/Hindi is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of email drafting and etiquette.
• Ability to adapt, understand quickly, and grasp new concepts fast.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
