Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate services. Explain project details and generate interest among potential customers. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly. Support the sales and marketing team in achieving targets. Handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity. Required Skills: Basic communication skills in English and Hindi. Confidence and persuasion skills for telephonic sales. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Knowledge of SMB (Small & Medium Business) sales is a plus. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 12th Pass. Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior telecalling or telesales experience is an advantage.
