1. Make outbound calls to existing customers as needed
2. Handle inbound calls to resolve queries, provide information, and address concerns
3. Regular follow-up with customers for collections follow ups
4. Maintaining accurate records
5. Execute work as assigned by the reporting manager

Key-skills needed

1. Freshers candidates can apply.
2. candidates with prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service are preferred.
3. Good verbal and listening skills; ability to adapt communication style as needed
4. Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and data entry

CTC

1. Up to Rs. 2.5-3 lacs per year (based on the calibre of the candidate).
