Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our banking team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote banking products, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer support over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote banking products (e.g., credit cards, personal loans, etc.). Handle inbound customer queries related to banking services and resolve issues promptly. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility clearly and professionally. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in banking or financial services).
