Job Title: Telecalling Executive Location: Garia, Kolkata Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time (Day Shift) English: Intermediate Experience: Freshers can apply Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients and distributors Access and manage IndiaMART queries and leads Coordinate courier services for samples Follow up with diagnostic centers and distributors Maintain call records and update CRM Handle customer inquiries professionally and clearly Preferred Skills: Good communication and follow-up ability Basic knowledge of distribution or diagnostic industry preferred Ability to use phone, email, and basic computer applications
