Role &responsibilities

Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and distributors to promote medical equipment and related services.
Explain product details, features, and benefits clearly to potential customers.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field sales/service team.
Maintain follow-ups with prospects and convert them into confirmed sales.
Record all customer interactions, leads, and feedback in CRM or Excel sheets.
Register service complaints and coordinate with the service engineer for quick resolution.
Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and service timelines.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly call and sales reports.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
