Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote loan and credit card products.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve processes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in loan or credit card sales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• A smart working attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
