Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products and services, generating leads, and contributing to our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and address any customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for conversion
• Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help improve marketing strategies

Experience

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection
