Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling & BPO position, located in Chennai. The responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, conducting follow-up calls, managing customer databases, and resolving customer issues effectively. The role also entails achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service skills and experience in handling customer inquiries
Ability to work with customer databases and manage data entry tasks
Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
Experience in telecalling or BPO roles is a plus
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and, preferably, other regional languages
