Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our educational institute in Hyderabad. The role involves reaching out to prospective students, providing information about our courses, answering inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents.
• Provide information about the institute's courses, fees, schedules, and other details.
• Follow up on inquiries to convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is required
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
• Target-driven and goal-oriented.
