This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller at Vion Projects located in nungambakkam, Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, conducting follow-ups, and providing information about our projects and services. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining call records, handling inquiries, and scheduling and coordinating site visits. Additionally, the Telecaller will work closely with the sales teams to achieve sales.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Should be able to speak in tamil and english.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
+2 or college graduate.
