Telecaller Position – Two Roles Available
We are currently hiring for the position of Telecaller under the following two categories:
1. Conversion-Based Work (Healthcare Sector)
Responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients/patients with the goal of converting leads into confirmed appointments or services. A performance-driven role that requires strong persuasive skills and a results-oriented mindset.
* Prior experience in sales or conversion-based calling preferred
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills
* Ability to work with targets and meet daily/weekly goals
2. Informed / Motivational-Based Work (politicians)
Focused on spreading awareness, providing detailed information, or offering motivation for participation in programs or services. The goal is not immediate conversion but building trust and delivering value-based conversations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to engage and motivate individuals through conversation
* A calm and empathetic tone is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
