About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our domestic housekeeping services, and coordinate with workers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls
* Explaining our housekeeping and domestic services to customers
* Scheduling workers and updating daily task sheets
* Maintaining customer follow-ups and call records
* Communicating with customers through calls & WhatsApp
* Coordinating with the supervisor for worker allocation
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in Telugu & Hindi
* Basic phone handling & WhatsApp knowledge
* Pleasant and polite talking style
* Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
* Female candidates preferred
