Telecaller Travel Industry (B2B)

As a Telecaller in the Travel Industry (B2B) based in Gurugram, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in business development and client management. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in the B2B travel sector, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to travel agents, corporate clients, and travel partners to generate leads, as well as responding to inbound inquiries and providing information on travel services, packages, and bookings. Building and nurturing strong relationships with B2B clients through exceptional customer service will be essential, along with understanding client needs to offer suitable travel solutions. Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining accurate customer records using CRM tools will be part of your routine tasks. Collaboration with internal departments such as operations, sales, and ticketing will ensure seamless client servicing, while staying updated on industry trends, airline deals, and travel regulations will be vital for success in this role. Your proficiency in English, with knowledge of Hindi as an added advantage, along with strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle pressure, and meet targets will be key attributes. A good understanding of travel products including flights, hotels, packages, and visas, as well as basic computer applications and CRM tools, is required. Being located in Gurugram or willing to relocate is necessary for this position. If you have prior experience working with travel agencies or tour operators in a sales or telecalling capacity, as well as knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo, it will be considered advantageous. The salary offered will be competitive based on experience, along with incentives. This is a full-time position from Monday to Saturday, with day shift timings.
