Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Telecaller Trainee. The Telecaller Trainee will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inquiries, and providing information about available properties. Daily tasks include maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team with various tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make a high volume of calls and manage time effectively
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer databases
• Sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a telecaller or customer service role is a plus
• Graduation or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or sales are advntageous
