Job Title: Telecaller (Female Preferred) Job Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Languages Preferred: English (Fluency Preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a polite and friendly attitude, and the ability to handle calls professionally. Female candidates with fluency in English will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain products/services clearly to clients over the phone. Follow-up on leads and maintain client databases. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. Maintain records of calls and feedback. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Confident, polite, and positive attitude. Good listening and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools preferred). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
