Role & responsibilities Responsible for calling potential or existing customers to inform them about services or campaigns. Respond to calls and resolve queries. Identify and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups, and maintain a database of interested prospects. Regularly follow up to convert leads into admissions. Maintain accurate logs of conversations, feedback, and updates in the system. Submit daily or weekly reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, conversions, and feedback collected.
