Job Description

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential business loan or Machinery loan clients through cold calling, database follow-ups, and referrals. Product Knowledge and Explanation: Understanding and explaining various loan products, their features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms. Customer Interaction and Guidance: Handling customer inquiries, resolving doubts, and guiding them through the loan application process. Sales and Negotiation: Persuading customers to apply for loans, negotiating loan terms, and closing deals over the phone. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and loan application status. Collaboration and Coordination: Working with loan processing teams to ensure smooth application processing.
