Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound inquiries, and helping convert leads into sales or appointments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries or concerns. Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information. Follow up on leads and conduct market research. Schedule appointments for sales team or provide detailed product information. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. Record call details and feedback in the CRM system. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. Proven experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil & English. Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Good knowledge of MS Office and telephony systems. Customer-focused and persuasive attitude.
