Key Responsibilities :
Client Communication:
● Reach out to leads provided, offering detailed information about our stunning jewelrycollection according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).● Use empathetic communication to understand and address client needs, ensuring apersonalized and engaging conversation.Record Keeping:
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, comments, andactions taken, using our CRM system.● Ensure follow-ups are conducted to confirm that clients' requests have been addressedappropriately.Relationship Building:
● Develop and nurture relationships with clients to facilitate upselling opportunities andenhance customer satisfaction.● Aim to build lasting connections that encourage repeat business and referrals.Sales Conversion:
● Convince leads to visit our store and view their desired jewelry, working closely withstore personnel to coordinate appointments and sales.● Assist in closing sales by providing detailed information and facilitating a seamlessshopping experience.Store Coordination:
● Communicate customer requirements and preferences to the store team, ensuring theyhave all necessary details to assist clients effectively.
