telecaller- study & tourist visa

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding study abroad and tourist visa services.
• Provide initial counselling on available countries, courses, universities, and tourist visa options.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for senior visa counsellors.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients to convert inquiries into successful registrations.
• Record and update client information in the CRM system accurately.
• Provide timely updates on visa requirements, documentation checklists, and process timelines.
• Collaborate with the counselling and documentation teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally over phone, WhatsApp, or email.
