Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students/investors 📞
• Provide information about courses, workshops, and programs
• Maintain call logs and follow-up records in CRM
• Work closely with the sales & marketing team to achieve targets
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with the team
• Basic knowledge of the stock market is preferred (training will be provided)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
