JOB DESCRIPTION Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients and leads Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Follow up with leads, existing patients, and missed appointments Maintain accurate call records and patient details in the system Address basic patient queries and escalate concerns when required Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets QUALIFICATION Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Excellent communication skills Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into appointments Prior experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare telecalling is an advantage
