Job Description: Solarman (Durga Traders) is hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our growing sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products, and converting leads into confirmed sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database. Explain products and services clearly and confidently over the phone. Convince and convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain customer records and follow up when needed. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets. Required Skills: Basic communication skills (No English required). Confidence and convincing ability. Patience and persistence. Basic knowledge of B2C sales or telecalling is a plus. Good listening skills and customer service orientation.
