Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services.
• Explain solar energy solutions, benefits, and financial savings to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in CRM.
• Follow up with interested clients to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs, queries, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or similar role (solar/renewable industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
• Basic knowledge of solar energy solutions will be an added advantage.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
