Job Description:Sarsna Solution is looking for motivated and customer-focused Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and providing information about our services/products. If you are fluent in any of the following languages — Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu — we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers Explain services/products and answer customer questions Follow communication scripts and maintain professionalism Update customer information in the database Handle customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the supervisor Meet daily and weekly targets Requirements:Good communication skills in any one or more of the following languages: Hindi Kannada Malayalam Telugu Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle calls and speak clearly Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Positive attitude and willingness to learn
