Telecaller Representative

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inquiries, and providing information about our services. You should be an excellent communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proven expertise in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali languages.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain confident and motivated.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
