You should be an excellent communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus Proven expertise in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali languages. Proficient in using basic computer applications. Ability to handle rejection and remain confident and motivated. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
