Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller & Receptionist, based in Udaipur with the option for some remote work. The Telecaller & Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls, managing reception duties, performing clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. They will be the first point of contact for clients and will ensure smooth operations within the office.

Qualifications

Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
Excellent Customer Service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office management will be considered an advantage
