Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage client relationships and build a strong network of prospects.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest trends and property developments in Noida .
• Showcase properties to potential buyers and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Must have in-depth knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
• Proven experience in the sale of residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Good communication skills with a presentable personality.
• Must have a laptop and personal vehicle (for senior-level positions).
• A proven track record of previous real estate sales performance.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
• Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
