TELECALLER – REAL ESTATE · Position –Telecaller – Real Estate · Qualification – Any degree · Experience – 2 to 5 Years · Salary Range – 15,000 to 30,000 · Gender – Female · Location – Candidates nearby Medavakkam/ Perumbakkam/Sithalapakkam · Preference – Candidates must have experience in Layout Project Job Description · Ensure calling on leads provided by the company · Build good working relationships with Clients. · Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities · Explain to the customers about the properties. · Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business. · Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to the seller · Develop Bullmen Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies. · Build good working relationships with Subordinates. · Lead & Supervise the real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry. · Offer advice and motivate the sales team to close sales. · Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark. · Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till the accomplishment · Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts. · Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting. · Markets go-getter and trendsetter · Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organizational culture Having experience in Plots, Flats, Villa etc Please free to contact HR- Prem kumar – Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
