Telecaller – Prospect Generation

We are looking for experienced telecallers who can consistently handle 120–130 outbound calls per day and generate relevant, high-quality prospects for our Unacademy Centre.
This is not a sales-target job — the core responsibility is calling, qualifying, and capturing genuine leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 120–130 outbound calls daily
• Identify interested & relevant NEET/JEE/competitive exam prospects
• Record accurate details in CRM
• Maintain call quality and daily productivity
• Follow calling scripts, processes, and lead qualification standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling experience (mandatory)
• Experience in education, counselling, or lead generation preferred
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Ability to work consistently without supervision
• Good data entry/CRM handling skills
• Must be punctual and target-driven in terms of daily call volume
• Competitive fixed salary based on experience
