Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide information about school programs, admissions, and facilities to parents and prospective students.
Maintain a record of daily calls and follow-ups.
Address inquiries and resolve queries effectively.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the admission/HR team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and clients.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Ability to handle calls politely and confidently.
Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
