Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Telecaller to join our admissions team. The primary role is to handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents, provide accurate information about courses and admission processes, and support lead conversion through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to explain course offerings, admission procedures, and institutional benefits. · Handle inbound queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. · Maintain a database of leads and follow-up regularly to ensure conversion. · Schedule appointments for campus visits, webinars, or counseling sessions. · Maintain call records and submit daily/weekly reports. · Work closely with the marketing and admission team to execute campaigns. · Provide excellent customer service and resolve student/parent queries professionally. Requirements: · Minimum qualification: PUC/Graduate in any discipline. · Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in the education sector. · Good command of English and local language(s). · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. · Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Preferred Skills: · Prior experience in admissions or student counseling. · Multilingual proficiency. · Familiarity with education-related CRM systems.
