Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong convincing ability, and the potential to achieve sales targets. This role involves making outbound calls to promote and sell our online education services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients to promote online education programs. Explain course details, features, and benefits clearly and effectively. Build rapport with potential leads and convert them into enrollments. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain and update records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Follow up with interested candidates to ensure conversions. Provide accurate information and handle queries professionally. Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Good communication skills (verbal and written). Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Previous telesales/telecalling experience preferred (especially in education or service industry).
