Job Description: Telecaller Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive Department: Sales / Customer Support Location: prayagraj Employment Type: Full-time / Part-timeRole OverviewWe are seeking a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales. Maintain customer database and update call records in the CRM. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Provide feedback to the team for improving customer experience. RequirementsEducation: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling/telesales/customer support. Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi/English or local language). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Good listening skills and polite telephone etiquette. Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and confidence.
