Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers (Male & Female) to join our dedicated fundraising and outreach team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential donors and supporters, creating awareness about our ongoing initiatives, and encouraging contributions towards our social causes. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to individuals and businesses to promote the NGO’s causes and fundraising campaigns. Explain the mission and work of Narayan Seva Foundation clearly and effectively. Persuade and motivate potential donors to support the cause through financial contributions. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and donor details. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and donation targets. Participate in volunteer activities like food distribution, donation camps, and other social events organized by the NGO. Work closely with the fundraising and communications team for campaign execution.
