About the internship

Are you a fluent speaker of English and Hindi? Do you have a passion for travel and customer service? Musafirbaba Travels Private Limited is looking for a Telecalling intern to join our dynamic team! As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, provide information about our travel packages, and assist with booking arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel services.2. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.3. Provide information about our travel packages, pricing, and booking procedures.4. Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel accommodations.5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
