The Tele caller is responsible for generating new leads and helps closing sales in the real estate market. This position will require a strong understanding of the real estate market, as well as the ability to build relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a proven track record of success in sales. Responsibilities: Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients Qualify leads and determine their needs Present properties to potential clients and answer questions Negotiate prices and terms of sale Close deals and ensure a smooth closing process Maintain a database of potential and current clients Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in legislation
