Telecaller

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate product/service information, communicating effectively with potential customers, and focusing on lead conversion.

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, converting inquiries into business opportunities, and representing the company professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
• Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, or existing clients to promote products/services.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about products or services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover and customer experience.
• Focus on converting leads into appointments, demos, or direct sales.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [ Malayalam, English, Hindi ].
• Confident, polite, and clear speaking tone.
• Patience and Convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide satisfactory resolutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or inside sales preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
