Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our customer support and sales team. Your role will be to connect with potential and existing customers to promote our Ayurvedic products and services, answer queries, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Key Responsibilities Explain AyuMedic’s services, treatment offerings, and product benefits. Convert leads into consultations or sales by providing accurate information. Follow up on inquiries via call, WhatsApp, or email. Maintain customer records and update the CRM system. Collect feedback and relay customer insights to the operations and marketing teams. Requirements Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools. Positive attitude, patience, and strong customer focus. Interest in Ayurveda, wellness, or healthcare is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
