Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based exclusively in Rajkot. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to provide information about products and services, answer queries, and resolve concerns. The role also entails keeping records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups, and maintaining an understanding of company products and services to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficiency in telephonic communication, active listening, and customer service etiquette
• Basic knowledge of financial services or related fields is advantageous
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Familiarity with using office software and basic CRM tools
• Fluency in local language(s) is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in any stream is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory
