Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of telecallers
  • Assign daily call targets and monitor individual/team performance
  • Listen to call recordings and provide feedback and coaching
  • Train new joiners on scripts, products, and calling techniques
  • Handle escalated customer queries and objections
  • Ensure call quality, compliance, and productivity standards
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong team-handling and motivational abilities
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, dialer systems)
