Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller (Junior Level) to handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer data, and assist the sales or HR team in daily follow-ups and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to/from customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly.
• Maintain call records and update data in Excel.
• Follow up with customers for inquiries or payments.
• Support senior staff in lead generation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English (Gujarati preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).
• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers can also apply.
